Vanessa Ray is an American actress and singer who has appeared in movies such as Devil's Due and TV shows such as Suits. She started out acting as an actress and has since played minor and guest roles in television and stage productions. She was a regular character on the television soap show As the World turns. The show was a look into everyday life of medical and legal professionals. Later, she became known for her role of Jenny Griffith in the legal drama Suits. Harvey Specter a law firm and Mike as his assistant to the lawyer, were the stars of the show. It has been praised by reviews as well as numerous award nominations. Blue Bloods and other police dramas are among her best-known work. Most reviews were positive. Ray was also featured in various films, including the drama movie Not Waving But Drowning where she played the lead role and the musical comedy film The Rumperbutts where she had a supporting role. In 2010 Cole co-starred on The Event where she played a woman that was more than she had initially appeared.
